The apartment is located in a central, upmarket neighborhood in Athens, on a nice little side street. It is a beautiful apartment full of character, tastefully furnished, and has everything one needs. There is a pharmacy and a small market on the same block, so it is incredibly convenient, and the building in which it is located is quite nice. I also wanted to add that the property manager, The host is a lovely person who is always ready to go the extra mile for you. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in Athens and need a little extra room. Very beautiful apartment in one of the best areas of Athens. The host is very kind and helpful. Everything was great.

Everything was amazing! The who welcomed us was super friendly and helpful. Apartment was spacious, clean, beautifully designed and had all the supplies we needed. Air conditioner worked great which we appreciated in a 38C weather. Also location is perfect: quiet and clean neighborhood but very close to all the main attractions. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back to Athens!

Very spacious and nicely furnished apartment with lots of storage, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. The hardwood floors were beautiful! Check in with the host was a breeze and she gifted us with a box of handmade truffles. The fridge was stocked with water, soft drinks and a bottle of wine - and plenty of ice. A grocer, cafes and restaurants were closeby, as well as several museums. Also not very far from the metro. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious living area, very well equipped modern kitchen, and luxurious bedrooms made our family of five feel like home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Upon arrival, she left us a thoughtful welcome package (snacks, water, soft drinks, bottle of wine), which was such a kind gesture. The location was ideal with a few small grocery stores and restaurants just down the street, not to forget walking distance to main attractions in Athens.

Absolutely everything has been thought of and we felt like we were in an extremely exclusive place the minute we arrived.

Great apartment, everything had been thought of. Welcome with delicious cupcakes and chilled drinks in the fridge. The furnishings were great, everything of good quality, nice kitchen and bathrooms, fantastic beds and super spacious. Everything perfectly clean. The decorations complete it. Definitely worth 5 stars! Kolonaki is a quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery, nice shops and restaurants. The centre and Syntagma are about a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment is spacious, very nicely furnished and very well maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped. In the refrigerator we found various chilled drinks, including a bottle of really good wine. As a gift from the wonderful hostess… Delicious cupcakes were also served. There are two cozy bedrooms. The beds have really good mattresses. The location is very central. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, including a supermarket and bakery.

I liked everything! This place wanted me to have an apartment just like that in the heart of a city. The place was bright and spacious. Great chairs and beds! Actually all of the furniture and appliances are really great! The AC units worked perfectly and the kitchen is nice. All the toiletries, linens and towels felt high quality and smelt wonderful! I would return to this property in a heartbeat and I don't say that about most places.

The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. It is in a great location and the neighborhood was nice & felt very safe. We walked to the city centre and also used the train which was a short walk away. Check-in was easy and the host was very friendly & welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed for our two night stay for 5 people. The extra touches such as some refreshments, wine & delicious cupcakes were very much appreciated. There was also luxurious robes & slippers to enjoy if you like. The entire apartment is beautifully styled and living room was great to relax in after a long day of walking around Athens. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillow & bedding options. The large balcony off the living room is great to sit & relax and enjoy the view. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The host met us as soon as we arrived. She was lovely and made us feel so welcomed. The place was perfect and in a great location in Kolonaki, close to the metro and walking distance (1-2km) to the Acropolis, Monastriaki and Plaka. The area is very cool with wine bars, supermarkets and green grocers near by and much less touristy.
The apartment had everything we needed. We were given welcome cupcakes and the fridge was stocked with water, wine and soft drink for us. We were very happy. It suited our family of 5 very well.

We were met by the host on arrival and provided with some delicious local produce and great tips on what to see and where to eat in Athens. The apartment itself is very modern and impressive, with 2 terraces, very clean and comfortable furnishings (including the beds!), 2 WCs and overall, it’s just a truly outstanding place to stay. We had 2 nights but will go back next time for 7. Didn’t want to leave. One of the best apartments I’ve ever booked and stayed at via Booking.com.

We liked everything about this apartment and I highly recommend it. The location is perfect and the apartment very comfortable. We are a family of four people and had plenty of room. The host very welcoming and easy communication.

Such a lovely, spacious flat with two balconies in each end. We adored the lively but relaxed atmosphere of the neighbourhood and the excellent restaurants, cafes and bars just around the corner. The hostess was extremely helpful and always replied quickly to all our questions. This is probably the most enjoyable stay we have ever had in Greece!

Our arrival was meticulously organized by Natasha, who was there from the moment we arrived to give us the keys and explain everything to us. The welcome was very professional and very warm, with a delicious lemon cake waiting for us. Natasha also gave us recommendations on sightseeing, the best times of day, and good addresses for restaurants and terraces.

This might be the best home we have ever rented. It’s bright and airy, beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable, honestly better than a 5 star hotel. It’s also very well located in upscale Kolonaki within walking distance of downtown Athens. Both the owner and the host, are delightful and very accommodating. Did I mention the nice cupcakes, fresh beverages and wine?

This house has everything you need. The house has been designed to maximise the comfort of the guests. Although the house is in an old block of flats, it has a modern and charming atmosphere. The location of the house is great, with many points of interest within walking distance There is also a market, cafes and restaurants a few metres from the house. Our host made us feel very welcome and gave us all the information we needed. I would also like to thank her for the lovely welcome gift. I felt at home here. If I come back to Athens I would definitely stay here.

A superb two night stay with my family. Excellent location, beautiful house, superlative comfort. The amazing details the owner has gone through in stocking up the place for the most comfortable stay ever. Kitchen amenities, bathroom supplies, living room comfort….. I could go on and on!

The apartment is clean, fresh and lovely, I can’t say a bad word about it! Our wonderful host,  had gone to the trouble of getting us some delicious handmade cupcakes and a bottle of wine which was already chilling in the fridge for our arrival.

My husband and I were with our two kids who are in their 20’s, we all felt we had enough space in the apartment so that we weren’t living on top of each other. Nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen with washing machine too. Both bedrooms are airy and light and have a joint balcony to sit out and enjoy the view of the city. There’s also a bigger balcony on the other side of the apartment which has a nice seating area and table. Have to mention the beds….They were super comfy!

It’s centrally located so it’s easy to walk to where everything is happening in town.

We took an Uber to the Acropolis as our tickets were for the early morning slot but afterwards we walked home through the streets selling their wares and had lunch at a lovely little restaurant.
